- Used in agile development widely.Three roles:product owner,dev team and customers/users
- User stories are wriiten in product backlog
- Scrum and Kanban are pull system
- Scrum teams work in series of sprints
- In each starting of new sprint, the item of product backlog is pulled to sprint backlog which are priority and developer ensure to finish in time
- Any new task had to wait for next sprint
- The choosen task are kept in scrum board or kanban board and moved to different checkpoint/column like todo, build, test, done
- Incomplete task go back to product backlog
In kanban, It is continous and task can be added anytime But there is limit and limited task can be in a column If any column is empty, previous task is moved to it.
